# Team & Collaboration Setup

## Inviting new team members

To invite a new team member to your organisation in CyberSystem, head to the Settings > Team > Members page and following the steps below:

1.  Press the + button at the top of the Organisation members table
2.  Fill in the new users details, and click "Invite member"
3.  Copy the **verification secret** and share this with the new member. For additional security, we recommend that this is shared in a way other than the email that was used to add the user.

## Accepting invites

An invited member will receive an email similar to the following:

Upon clicking the link, they will be presented with a screen to enter the **verification secret** and their new password, before being taken to the login page for CyberSystem.
